Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away.

Completely renovated from top to bottom in 2021 with comfort in mind for friends and family to enjoy. As you enter the gates a short drive through an open field large Hammock oaks and beautiful pines scattered throughout the property. Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake views, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Outdoor fire pit includes wood. PLEASE NOTE- Lake levels are EXTREMELY LOW. There is currently no water at the dock for fishing or swimming. We are currently experiencing extreme drought conditions.

Built for entertaining, the property has a floating dock, two decks and a fire pit for relaxing. There is a single person and a 2 person kayak for use. The cabin has almost everything you will need so all you need to bring are your clothes and your groceries!
