Spacious and secure 4 bedroom/3 bath home that has been setup to sleep a large group comfortably. Bring your ATV's as you can ride them from the property directly to the trails, no trailering required! Minutes to Royal Blue and Tackett Creek trail heads and Lake Norris boat ramp. Stop at the gas station to fill up and grab snacks and ice, have breakfast at the Diner, and then head to the trails. After a days ride stop for dinner in town. The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

You will have the wonderful convenience of unloading your trailer & riding to the trails. We are located 4 minutes off exit 134. You can be at The Flats on Windrock in 30 minutes, The Eternal Flame on Windrock in about 45 minutes. Royal Blue is conveniently less than 20 minutes. There you will find, The Top Of The World, Widow Maker, & many others. Travel about 20 minutes farther down Royal Blue to Tacket.

Quiet Retreat Near Norris Lake, NON-SMOKERS ONLY!

This is a well appointed delightful, completely and comfortably furnished SMOKEFREE 2 bedroom, one bath apartment located on the ground floor of our house. The surroundings include over an acre of thickly wooded area with ample parking for both cars and boats. About one half mile down the road is the very upscale Twin Cove marina. We do not allow animals.

Dog-friendly home built in 2010 on a peaceful and remote location that overlooks Norris Lake (just 35 minutes north of Knoxville), with a view to the Cumberland Mountains. Sleeps 5 who are seeking peace, quiet, and tranquility. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until early October.
