Steph's Cozy Apartment -newly renovated

Our newly renovated apartment has all you need to enjoy a nice trip to south Louisiana. Kitchen and bath is equipped with pots, pans, spices, cutlery, utensils, dishes, and even light breakfast items. Bath has all towels and toiletries available for use. Our apartment is located upstairs above our carport but has its own private entrance along with own air conditioner/heating system. Our place will sleep 5 comfortably. We offer an Ice Machine to help with those fishing trips and local travels.

This room is private and has a dedicated restroom. The common area is very spacious and modern. Offstreet parking and privacy are pluses in this subdivision. The current tenant is a very quiet, very responsible 18 year-old college student. (He is a son of the owner). All Utilities including Internet and cable are included in the price. Perfect for people traveling for nursing or other work.
