Top floor deep water view villa with living, bedroom and patio waterfront views of sunsets and Pace Bend. Our 2 bedroom is on the top floor (elevator access) with high ceilings and it’s gorgeous! Yes! We have wifi, in villa washer and dryer, salon spa and 3 year round pools (indoor closed, south pool to open May 22) Pool 3 and hot tub are open! hot tubs, saunas, fitness center, shuffle board, tennis and pickleball! Only 6 guests max including infants and children. Boat slip available for rent.

Enjoy a spacious balcony featuring an outdoor entertainment bar, cooler, TV, wine barrel bistro table, and electric grill, all while taking in stunning views of the hill country.
