There is a proximate access to the road that connects village Nikiti to village Marmaras. The building is consisted of two separate houses (both of them are available for booking) and it has an extended, planted and safe garden. The house offers accommodation to 6 people. It's 400 m away from the beach Elia, 2 km from Kalogria. It has access to nature beauty through a footpath.
