I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. The house is 15 miles from Pine Mountain, 8 miles from West Point/Lanett/Valley &10 miles from Lagrange. **not in a city must drive. Enjoy an open floor plan and a big front yard. The house is a work in progress, and we are fixing it little by little. This is great if you want a big space in the country. This is not the Hilton, nor fancy by any means. *security camera outside

You will love the multiple outdoor decks and sitting areas.

Located 3 miles from Callaway Gardens and a half mile from downtown Pine Mountain The Waterview Lake House is located at a large wedding venue & offers a peaceful retreat that is pet friendly and is on a 5 acre lake, fishing is allowed! Sit on the front porch and watch the sunset over the fields and sit by the lake and enjoy your coffee to watch the sunrise! Beautiful!
