My place is good for couples, families (with kids). 4 houses from the Sugar sand beach. Guests must agree to a few simple house rules in writing to me. This cottage is Not Pet Friendly. Just so you know that this house is an older house. Built in the 1960’s. It has survived many hurricanes. Solid block
