Welcome to our lakefront getaway on Lake Whitney! With newly updated floors, this property offers the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and relaxation. The main house features 3 bedrooms—one queen bed, two double beds, and a bunk bed (twin over double)—and 2 bathrooms, ideal for families or groups. The open-concept kitchen and living room is space to gather, with two glass doors leading to breathtaking lake views. Enjoy shuffleboard in the main area or hangout by the fire-pit in the evening!

Experience the beginning of hill country atop the Mesa Grande. We have two kayaks available to explore the Brazos or just dive in. Lake Whitney is just 5 minutes away to swim, boat, or ski. Back porch has wooded scenery, there is a small rocky beach 3 houses down. PLEASE OBSERVE HOUSE RULES BEFORE ARRIVAL. Pets are welcome PLEASE ASK BEFOREHAND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CLEAN AFTER THEM ; ie pet hair : vacuum before you leave - a charge will be assessed other wise Water to entire apartment is filtered.

Come enjoy the sunset on the porch of this modern cabin located in the country away from the hustle and noise of the city. Our cabin is located in a field next to grazing livestock. This cabin offers plenty of patio seating, a king size bed and a loft with twin beds. Our kitchenette is equipped with a hot plate and basic utensils for preparing a simple meal. A microwave and mini fridge are included. There is not an oven. There is a gas grill which is shared with both cabins.

We invite you to stay & experience all of the beauty that Lake Whitney has to offer. Located in a quiet neighborhood atop a bluff, the lakehouse is spacious enough for a group of friends or family and has a panoramic view of the lake that is accessible (this will count as your exercise for the day!) for swimming or fishing. If you'd rather stay on dry land, hike at Lake Whitney State Park or play a round of golf at White Bluff Resort-both just 15 min. away.

Ride horses and hike on densely wooded trails on our ranch --the most scenic location in the county. It's called "Brazos Bluffs Ranch" because it rises from grassy meadows on the river through dense woods to bluffs towering 120' overlooking miles of the river valley.
