AC in both bedroom and living room. Screened-in lanai. A nice walk away Turtle bay resort, coved beach and Tennis courts. Pool area has outdoor shower and bbq grills. Short drive away from prime surf and snorkel spots (sunset beach, pipeline, shark’s cove, Waimea) shopping, and food. Our condo is a legal short-term rental.
