Un diseño totalmente expansivo, una cocina bien equipada abierta entre un comedor y una sala aseguraran el confort de tu descanso y convivencia. Un amplio deck con un Jacuzzi infinito, perfectamente situado con la mejor vista, te hará sentir que eres parte del paisaje. Al llegar al área de parqueo debemos subir 75 escalones para llegar a la villa.

It is just a 15 minute walk downhill (or a 5 minute tuktuk ride) to the popular hipster/holistic village of San Marcos La Laguna. From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!

Casa Serenidad - A Santa Cruz Lake Front Stay

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.
