Nestled on 10 hillside acres just outside the small town of West Rupert, our cabin offers a relaxing "get-away-from-it-all," yet is convenient to all that southern VT and eastern NY has to offer. Perfect for a romantic weekend with a special someone, a relaxing country vacation with family, or a fun retreat with good friends. 3 BRs (plus sleeping loft) and full bath. Hike, bike, ski, golf, fish, shop, swim, dine, antique, explore, etc...or just relax and do nothing. Make yourself at home!

Secluded tiny house resort - DOG FRIENDLY

New tiny house, never lived in, but made to be comfortable. All amenities included: Air-condition, heat, WiFi, TV with cable, shower, tub, dry toilet, small full loft bed and full size couch futon, fire pit, river for swimming or fishing right out the door, small refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, toaster.ear three ski resorts (Killington, Okemo, Pico), Appalachian Long Trail two miles away, swinging bridge on trail beginning, White Rock hiking, lakes near for paddle boarding. Hot tub shared.

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

Waterfront Vermont Lake House w/ Panoramic Sauna

We invite you to come stay and experience all of the beauty that Vermont has to offer at Lake St. Catherine. Located on the west side of the lake off a quiet private drive with almost 100ft of lake frontage, there are few spots with a better view. Watch the sun rise each morning from either our private decks. Explore the lake by canoe or kayak; both available for our guests. NEW THIS YEAR: High speed internet, Heat pumps for heat and AC throughout the house, and a new refrigerator/ freezer Secluded and beautiful, at the end of a gravel dead end road, the Swallow’s Nest is part of our organic farm and wildlife refuge. You’ll find serenity here with huge open vistas. We are two miles from the town of Brandon. Brandon has restaurants, shops, art galleries and music venues. This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
