Relax in the clawfoot tub after a day of travel or prepare a home-cooked meal in the well equipped kitchen. When morning comes, enjoy your coffee while cozied up in front of the fireplace. Or simply stay in bed and admire the view. With plenty of land to explore, a hike is always welcome. The choice is yours!

Welcome to our Smugglers Notch getaway at the family owned and ran Brewster River Campground! This cozy cottage sits right on the beautiful Brewster River and is immersed within 20 acres of nature tucked away in the mountains. Enjoy the river's soothing sounds as you cook, sleep, and unwind from a day of outdoor activities. Only a 3 min. drive to all of the activities at Smuggler's Notch Resort, restaurants, bars, and hiking, as well as the magical Golden Dog Farm "Golden Retriever Experience".

Karsten's cabin is brand new 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house directly on the lake with private, wooded mountain views. Centrally located between Stowe and Jay Peak, your group won't run out of opportunities to enjoy the beautiful nature of Vermont in all seasons! Walk down to the lake for a swim, canoe ride to loons, enjoy the views from the oversized deck, make s’mores at the campfire, or soak in the hot tub on the covered porch. Winter sports galore with⛷️ 🏂, dog sledding, snow shoeing near by!

Our studio log cabins (we have several) are cozy and quaint, making them the perfect choice for the couple looking for a private getaway or for the lone traveler looking to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This cabin has a max occupancy of two guests. Equipped with a queen-sized bed, gas log stove, kitchen, bath, couch, TV, and free WiFi, a studio cabin provides our guests with a safe space to relax and unwind. Close to all spring, summer, fall, and winter activities.

Come and embrace the majestic beauty of Vermont from Sugar Hill, a quaint log cabin nestled on 24 acres of beautiful countryside. Enjoy the views of the Canadian mountains from the front porch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine; or wander around the pasture or woods behind the cabin. Close to both Jay Peak and downtown Newport, you can enjoy all those locations have to offer, or simply relax. Please note that the stairs to the 2nd floor are steeper than usual.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families. Our bedrooms offer a create a king to accommodate guests who prefer a king bed and guests who prefer twin beds.

Conveniently located 25 minutes straight down the road from Smuggler's Notch and 40 minutes from Jay Peak for enjoyment throughout the seasons.
