KT’s Cottage Tiny Home near the Suwannee River

KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Enjoy grilling while relaxing in the swing or sitting by a campfire

A-frame near Madison Blue Springs

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our A-frame Hobbit House is cozy and dry and sleeps 2 . The Aframe has electricity and AC in the summer months and heater for the cooler months. There is an outdoor bathhouse that is shared with the other people on the property. Outside, there is a picnic table, chairs, gas grill with burner, and firepit. You are welcome to use the firewood found on our property. Please note we have two very friendly golden retrievers and chickens on property.

Pileated Place

Welcome to our A-frame cabin, nestled in charming Old Florida Woodlands. It’s complete with two cots, a hinged wall/awning, fire pit, lounge chairs, a hammock, and a picnic table. From this soft pine-needled space, enjoy the view across the pond, go explore the seasonal garden, feed the fish, and meet our farm dogs. Mostly, enjoy ease and reconnection nature encourages. Due to severe drought this year, the pond is currently very low. However, you can still spot koi, bass, and brim. 🙏🏼

Rustic Farm Cabin, Romantic & Private.

Country roads take you home to this amazing Cabin. Enjoy a unique hobby farm with lots of farm animals and roaming peacocks all very friendly and welcome their guest with fun and entertainment. This lovely quiet and secluded property is 8 Miles from Madison Blue Springs State Park. The surrounding areas in Jennings and Jasper offer kayaking, rafting, fishing, boating, horseback trails for your horses and hunting opportunities. Come enjoy the peace and quiet of the country life..

3 Miles from I75 exit 414 .studio apartment w/ porch over barn. Fire pit with wood available. Grill. Hammock swings under oaks. Stalls available. Close to riding/hiking trails in O'leno State Park. Close to springs for tubing/kayak/canoe. Ichetucknee Spring State Park, Ginny Springs, ++. Also 15 minutes from Santa Fe River and paddling/kayak/canoe rentals . Diving excursions available in High Springs. Quiet setting w/ pastures and grand daddy oaks.

River Retreat

In the heart of Florida's cave diving region. Located right on the Suwannee River. Near by attractions; Royal Spring with Boat Ramp; 4 miles; Little River Spring; 8 miles;Troy Spring; 17 miles; Blue Hole Spring; 20 miles; Ichetucknee Spring; 22 miles; . As of now, the dock and stairs going down to the river are under re-construction. But can still get down to the river. I have 3 large dogs, let me know when you might arrive. So I can have them inside.

A dream range, with a back door that takes you to a space where you can watch a night full of stars. My favorite part of this space is the soaking tub designed for taking a relaxing bath with doors closed or doors open so you can have visual contact with the outside.

This Cute Cabin is perfect for simple glamping. It was built from local real hardwood. Super clean bathrooms and little community gazebo with fridge/microwave just steps away. (1 of 3 cabins we have that sleep two guests) Off your back porch you'll find a fire pit and picnic table. Keyless entry for flexible check-in. Enjoy s'mores on the private fire pit just off your porch and look at the gorgeous star filled skies.
