The River House

Come escape the pressures of everyday life at this cozy relaxing cottage along the Susquehanna river. Windows galore which allow the beauty of the river to be enjoyed from the entire house. Open floor concept with two bedrooms on an upper landing, and a large bathroom. Exposed beams, hardwood floors, granite/butcher block countertops, walk-in shower, claw foot tub, I could keep going. Enjoy the wonderful wildlife which include bald eagles, osprey, beavers, ducks and many more. If you’re hungry, you can order delicious pizza from a real Sicilian in town or fine dine at the Accomac Inn which is just a 5 minute walk down river. Perfect road for a walk, run, or bike ride. This place is truly a relaxing home away from the everyday hustle. Please come enjoy. Close to major highways and sits between Lancaster and York (20 minute drives).

Historic Stone Mill in Lancaster Countryside

This space is the perfect mix of historic charm and modern design in a beautiful country setting 5 minutes from Millersville University. This buildings age dates to the Early 1800's. It was originally a grist mill that used water from the west branch of the Little Conestoga Creek to power a wheel used to grind flour. The mill has now been turned into a wonderfully updated residence with fantastic views on all sides,including one overlooking the creek. Enjoy the large rooms and peaceful grounds.

Restored Distillery | Sunroom + Outdoor Sauna

Stay at this historic c. 1755 stone house that was once an operating distillery, now reimagined with stunning design and eco-friendly geothermal power. The showstopper is the dramatic two-story sunroom with stone walls, artwork, and natural light. Enjoy a chef’s kitchen, Peloton bike, and beautifully furnished living spaces. Outdoors, relax in the BRAND NEW top-of-the-line sauna (installed Fall 2025). 15 min to Lancaster, 40 min to Hershey, and easy drives from Baltimore, Philly, DC, and NYC.

Come relax and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors, the magical sunsets with multiple outdoor seating areas, flower gardens and an outdoor fire pit. The cottage is tucked back in on 5 acres allowing for full privacy. The cottage was built in the 1950s and has a unique, charming character for you and your family/friends to enjoy!

The River Bungalow @ Manor Station

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The entire home has been newly renovated with thoughtful touches and an eclectic feel. Conveniences include a wood stove, sleep number mattress, Viking gas stovetop/oven, deck facing river with propane grill, a covered carport entry, and a 180* river view at the top of the property! We are very excited to welcome guests and hope to provide a memorable experience for all. Well behaved dogs welcome upon request. Wood stove $25/night.

Chiques Creek Retreat 3 acres of restful woodland

You would be staying in the back of our home on the lower level overlooking Chiques Creek w/private entrance. Free parking in front of house. The suite includes 1 bedroom and sleeps 4. One bedroom has Queen size bed, 50” LG Smart TV, Couch, & Chaise lounge. The kitchen has dishwasher a table w/6 chairs and a King Coil Queen size air mattress to accommodate 2 more guest, private room. : Pa Turnpike-7 min. Hersheypark-32-min Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire is16 min. We do allow pets.

The Peaceful Nook

The Peaceful Nook, built by Zook Cabins is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, or a peaceful time in nature. The A-frame is one of the best glamping experiences you will find! With heat and AC, a luxurious bed, kitchenette, hammock, rain shower, bath house, sauna, flat top griddle, fire pit (firewood included) chairs under the stars, and the unparalleled connection to nature - Robes also provided! What better way to spend a few nights to fully re-energize yourselves!

The BirdHouse. Dog friendly. Accommodates 2 guests

Enjoy the coziness of the BirdHouse. Our kitchen has the necessities to cook. We provide olive oil, spices, salt and pepper, farm fresh eggs, coffee filters, and trash bags. For the bathroom we provide starter shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, and of course the towels. Linens provided also. Enjoy the courtyard area with its gas fireplace and seating area. Cook on the gas grill and enjoy a meal at the bistro table. Please come and relax!
