We are 45 minutes North of Downtown Houston, in Willis, Texas. Our Tiny Home is located on a Large End Lot in the Hidden Cove neighborhood of the Resort. Gated Resort offers Lake Access with Beach, Boat Ramp and Pool.

The simplicity & relaxation of our premium 399 Sq. Ft. tiny home is so refreshing and unique. This home sleeps four. It has a Queen size bed and a luxury pullout Queen sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect to fix up your gourmet meals. The Bluebonnet is nestled beside our glistening 1/2 acre pond with a fountain, fish and ducks. A wooded area behind and open fields out front brings a nice breeze across the porch. Makes for a perfect place to enjoy the sunset or stars!

Located in the private, gated April Sound Country Club neighborhood, this waterfront home is the perfect getaway with the amenities and comforts of home. Private boat house w/lift, gated yard. Amenities of our Country Club membership are extended to our guests for a fee. Enjoy 3 pools, hot tub, and cabana. Enjoy access to the Club Fitness Room and The Phoenix Grill (access to restaurant incl, all food/bev purchases paid by guest). Fee required for Club Access.

Waterfront home with gorgeous pool/hot tub, a spacious lakefront deck and a single slip dock. This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, plus den with flat screen TVs, a kitchen with high-end appliances, two large refrigerators, a stand-alone ice maker, a wine captain, a laundry room, central AC, ceiling fans in every room, and for those chilly nights,. Covered patio has a huge BBQ Grill, a 60” Flat Screen TV. Past the pool is a large grassy area leading to the lake.

Your family will be close to everything in The Woodlands when you stay at our centrally-located property. You will also be able to get away when you come back to relax on 5 acres. It is within walking distance to Jones State Forest. Within 5-15 minutes drive to The Woodlands Pavillon, mall, events, and restaurants. We live on the property in the house and will be there to assist you with whatever you may need while staying in our 1900 square foot bardominium.
