Microwave, small fridge with freezer and coffee pot. Ideal if you enjoy dining out. There is no kitchen (No cooking or washing dishes, yay) Connected to a large family home but is separate from the household. 2 blocks to Main Street & 7 mi to Cooper. No children under 12 please. Ask about our kayak tours and rentals.

Just 1.5 blocks to town w/shops, restaurants, bars, & mining history galore. Great hiking, biking, skiing, hunting, & sledding, including Mineral Belt trail, plus fishing, boating, beaches, at Turquoise Lake (5 mi.). Ski Cooper (downhill, XC ski & snowshoeing) 10 minutes from front door. Laid back locale compared to big resorts & more affordable too, esp. for families. Late summer & fall great for conquering four 14k ft peaks nearby: Elbert, Massive, Harvard & Yale. Dog friendly.
