Pool use is at your own risk with no diving or unsupervised minors. As sound echoes on the water, please move spirited gatherings indoors by 11 PM and always keep the private easement road clear.

In the summer cool off in the AC after visiting the beach. Relax around the fire pit and enjoy the 6 burner gas grill.
