PLS NOTE: Near train tracks, trains come thru multiple x’s /day, honestly if you’re not sensitive you stop noticing but it would not be very nice of me to mention it! Have not had any complaints yet. Also, apt is on the 3rd flr & there’s no elevator.

To enter this unit there is a flight of stairs that are steep. Please keep this in mind if you or anyone in your party may have issues with this.
