This historic bungalow has been divided so that you will have a dedicated entrance which takes you up to the second floor. The whole floor is your exclusive space and it contains 1 full bathroom and 3 rooms, 2 of which are bedrooms and the third room provides a large screen tv, sofa, work desk, dinette and several kitchen appliances. One off-street parking space Is provided in the back of the home. You can easily walk to restaurants and the famed Lake Eola with swan paddle boats and real swans.

We have fully remodeled our house and would like to share the experience with you. The bedrooms come with King beds. Our kitchen comes with pots, pans, plates and silverware, and has a FREE Nespresso for your morning wake up! We have our laundry machines in-house and yes, you can use them.
