The property has its own private dock accessible for personal motor boat use and is equipped with a Canoe, 2 Kayaks, and Pedal Boat for guest use! 5 mins to Downtown Saranac Lake and 20 mins to Lake Placid. We are located 100 yards from the downtown area, and 300 yards from Lake Flower, but in a nice residential spot. We grow our own food in our front yard and on our large porch. Located up river from Lake Flower and before you get into Oseetah. 22 miles of boating and water leisure on the Saranac Lakes and Kiwassa. 2 bedrooms and a sleeping porch sleeps 5 or 6. The camp is small but cozy. A fire pit at waters edge is a perfect end to the night.
