Take a stroll down our trail to McAleer Creek and enjoy the Overlook Deck with your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.

Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

Great commute to UW, Children's, Evergreen & other medical centers & downtown Seattle. Restaurants & shopping are nearby.

Set on almost 10 private acres with a pond, walking trails , fire pit, outdoor eating , BBQ and 2 Bikes to ride anywhere local you’d like. Wake up, enjoy your coffee on one of the two porches overlooking the sunrise or the evergreens. I’ll provide coffee, creamer and a few breakfast items to tide you over.
