Hearken back to the Simpler Life 6mi n of Hawkins, home of Aunt Jemima, historic Jarvis College & the Gablers, and some of the friendliest folk you’ll ever meet. Fresh eggs from our chickens provided for your eating pleasure. Country living w/easy access: only 5 mi to Lake Hawkins, 15mi to Lindale, 19mi to Tyler State Park, 12mi to Tiger Creek Wildlife Refuge, 14mi to ALERT Academy, 12mi to Mineola for antique shopping, nearby Canton Trade Days.

This beautifully located home features several mature pines in a quiet neighborhood within the Quitman city limits. The house is situated on the lot to make pulling your boat through or parking it a breeze. This older, yet comfortable home, comes with all you need for a relaxing stay. Wifi is available throughout the house. You will have a fully-functional kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 different lounging areas, washer/dryer/ironing board and iron. Each room is fully stocked with linens.
