Unique opportunity to live life big in a Tiny House (165 sq ft) on Lake Goodwin with everything you need for a fun getaway. Great hot tub on the deck with a sweeping view of the lake with privacy. Sleep on a comfy bed w/luxury linens, kitchen, microwave, TV, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, toaster & blender. You have access to kayaks, paddle boards, rowboat, dock and fishing. This property is for 2 adults and is not suitable for children or pets due to the size & close proximity to the water.

Green Gables Lakehouse

Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Serendipity Tiny House is a cozy-luxe retreat with modern farmhouse style (matte black + warm oak finishes) and thoughtful boho vintage touches. Sip coffee by the fireplace, cook in the cute kitchenette, then end the day with a soak in the hot tub in our backyard. Across the street from Lake Goodwin, less than a mile to Lake Goodwin Park/Wenberg Park boat launch, and close to Kayak Point. Also a quick drive to local casinos, outlet shopping, and dining and activities in Stanwood and Arlington.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Sound and Olympic Mountains while relaxing on one of the three decks of our newly remodeled waterfront home. Our modern beach house features three spacious upstairs bedrooms around a separate sitting area, a large living and dining space downstairs, and bathrooms on both levels. You can spot seals, bald eagles, and whales while walking along the no bank beach steps from our front door. Sip wine around the propane fire pit while enjoying the magnificent sunset.
