The 100 year old Austrian Pioneer Chateau was an original logger cabin formerly owned by an Austrian/German family. Recently remodeled with an Alpine/Art Deco Flair (1930's) with custom wood furniture by Austrian designer F-LIST. Relax in our wellness program: Outdoor Jacuzzi, Outdoor Finnish Sauna, wrap around deck w/gas fire pit & panoramic mountain views.

Enjoy a private getaway for 2 with wood-burning stove (MUST bring firewood), indoor dining/cooking area with 2-burner propane stove (propane provided), sleeping loft, outdoor sitting area with propane gas grill. NO electricity or running water. Outdoor shower stall with two 5-gallon solar heated shower bags. Bring towels. Outhouse nearby. Bring food & ice. Well water provided from spigot at main cabin. Cot available UPON REQUEST in advance - prior arrival. NO CAMPFIRES OR USE OF ANY FIREPITS.

That Dam Cabin, too!

This historic yet modern 500 square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway for us and wanted others to share this experience too. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to the Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire.

Welcome to our Granby Ranch condo! Great access to skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and golf. Guests also have access to the outdoor pool and hot tub at the base of the ski mountain (small fee required)as well as a free tub in our complex. Unit has a master bedroom with a queen sized bed. FYI-I don’t accept any reservation requests without confirming the cleaning arrangements first. Our STR permit # is 006840.
