Deane's Dock Holiday Suite, (1 bedroom)

When a quiet lake getaway has been prescribed, Dock Holiday has just what the Dock-tor ordered. Our private, spacious 3 room suite combines serenity w/ luxury accommodations that include a queen bedroom, dining foyer, living room w/ a well appointed kitchenette (no Stove) & private bathroom. Guests have access to a covered patio with dining area, rocking chairs and a propane grill w/ side burner. Guests are welcome to use our covered 20 x 27 foot dock and boat slip for guest boat or jet skis.

Excellent location with a short drive to restaurants, shopping, 3 24-hour gyms, and grocery stores. Located in a quiet subdivision with minimal traffic. This is the perfect spot, close to Seneca, but away from highly trafficked areas. Great for a working adult and quiet enough during the day for someone working third shift to sleep.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Just 5 minutes to Lake Hartwell and 20 minutes to Clemson University. We are a sports family that now has become empty nesters. Come enjoy our basement with private entrance from outside. Take advantage of the courtesy dock for a jet ski or boat. Put your boat in at Saddlers Creek State Park and enjoy the park’s bike and walking trails. There are great restaurants nearby as well as shopping and more. We are 20min from Hartwell GA, 25 min to Anderson University, and 30min from Clemson University.

The perfect couples retreat. Beautiful guest house with long range mountain view. Vaulted ceilings, outside deck overlooking seven mountains. Area has small paved road winding through the woods. Great for your daily walks. Community is bordered by the Warwoman Wildlife Management Area. 2 miles from the center of town in a quiet mountain top community. This cozy home away from home is a completely private apartment located in the Upstate South Carolina. The private 2 bedroom apartment has its own entrance separated completely from the main home. There is also covered parking available for the guests. Caesars Head and Table Rock are only 20 min away. A lovely golf course is located right around the corner, 4 min. away. Local residents within one hours drive from the property will not be considered.

Lakeside Getaway

Fishing tournaments, College games or just relaxing in this cozy farm style retreat on Lake Hartwell. Private and secure parking for a fishing boat/trailer and close to both Clemson and Anderson University. Ideal for both summer and winter enjoyment. The dock is in a secluded deep-water cove, for swimming, fishing or using the kayaks (2) or SUP. We also have room if you choose to bring your own boat. We look forward to your stay with us.

*This apartment has the same square footage as our home upstairs. We have had as many as 16 people stay there overnight. * We are 3 hour drive from Gatlinberg, less than 15 miles from Toccoa Falls, Piedmont, North GA tech, and Truitt McCollege Colleges. * We are 40 miles from the Appalachian trail, and 20 miles from Helen, GA. Very quiet and restful. 100 miles from ATL and/or Greenville-Spartanburg Airports.
