Enjoy a cozy private room within walking distance of downtown Athens and UGA campus, along with two great parks. The inviting guest room has its own private entrance and a bathroom with a mosaic floor. It includes a queen-sized mattress, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a filtered water line, a utility sink, and other amenities for a pleasant stay. Outside is an ever-changing garden. The room is connected to the historic home and art garden of a friendly local artist. A great stay in Athens!

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Enjoy our 2BR/2BA historic 1920's era home, complete with full kitchen, sunken patio, and rocking chair front porch. Ample parking, fast wifi, and a vintage stereo system! Our guesthouse was completely renovated in June 2020, complete with king sized bed, quartzite countertops and full-size sleeper sofa. LOCATION!! - it is an easy one block walk to all the wonderful restaurants, bakery, coffee shop, pubs and shopping in Five Points. Sidewalks right in front of the main house beckon you to stroll through the beautiful historic neighborhood or walk on down to UGA's campus (.6 mi). Downtown is also an easy 2 mile ride just down the road.

The recently remodeled studio is spacious, open, and outfitted with a king bed, extra-long couch, dry kitchenette, cork floor, and numerous amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
