The Castle Room Suite - Private Entrance -3M to DT

Guests enjoy a spacious craftsman-style suite complete with full private bath (double shower+ tub!), mini-kitchenette, sofa, 24 hour self check-in via electronic combo lock, wrap around porch and a private entrance. Conveniently located 3 miles from downtown Athens and all of the wonderful night spots and restaurants, the Classic City Convention Center activities; 1 mile to the nearest grocery store. Not suitable for smoking, pets, and children under 13. (This guest suite is not a shared space).

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Heart of Five Points - Very Walkable! Sleeps 3-4

Our guesthouse was completely renovated in June 2020, complete with king sized bed, quartzite countertops and full-size sleeper sofa. LOCATION!! - it is an easy one block walk to all the wonderful restaurants, bakery, coffee shop, pubs and shopping in Five Points. Sidewalks right in front of the main house beckon you to stroll through the beautiful historic neighborhood or walk on down to UGA's campus (.6 mi). Downtown is also an easy 2 mile ride just down the road.

Private garden oasis | Close to UGA

A cozy retreat in the middle of east side Athens. Entire basement guest suite with private entrance and covered outdoor patio (complete with patio furniture to enjoy when the weather is nice). Whether you are in town for business or pleasure, come back to a spacious, comfortable suite at the end of the day. Your host family lives upstairs above the guest space, and are available if you need help or suggestions on true "Athenian" restaurants or activities.

Briarcliff Garden Guest Suite

Charming private guest suite in a wooded neighborhood only nine minutes from downtown Athens. Located on the first level of a 1950’s single family house, our family lives upstairs. There is a chance you may be able to hear our toddler or baby from upstairs :) If this is not something you’re comfortable with, we may not be your best option for your visit to Athens. However, recent guests haven’t had any issues with noise, check out our reviews!
