The apartment has its own private entrance and porch, located in a peaceful and walkable neighborhood—perfect for morning strolls or evening relaxation.

We are located 20 minutes from quaint downtown Waynesville and 35 minutes from downtown Asheville. Apartment is the lower level of our home and completely closed off from owner's quarters.
