Stocked 1 acre pond for fishing Enjoy the wildlife Secluded, yet in a perfect spot to run to Kroger in 10 minutes. The king bed is so soft - it will swallow you Enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio in the morning. Kennel is required for dogs All Guests are required to show Photo IDs to owner. Agreement must be signed.

Come enjoy our German inspired cottage at Lake Livingston! It features two kitchens, 3 Bedrooms + loft, cozy living areas & relaxing outdoor private spaces with a new hot tub to enjoy the beautiful woods surrounding the lake. There's so much to do outdoors from grilling, hanging out, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnics & water fun. Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood.

Steps away from Lake Conroe! 14 person spa and outdoor built in BBQ or cook in this open kitchen with all the fancy appliances! 8 beds with tons of privacy… an owner’s suite with back-lit coffered ceiling, seating area and it's the only room upstairs. 6 smart TV’s inside plus one on the patio, plenty of seating, 2 living areas, private office. Living is all on lower level. The community has a pool, golf, fitness center, tennis, pickle ball, etc! Pack n play, toys, and a high chair on site.

Must see -- recently upgraded flooring downstairs. Enjoy your morning coffee/evening drinks on the deck or the covered pavilion located on the property. Spend time relaxing in the hot tub or hanging out by the fire pit w/family. Grill outside while enjoying a movie or your favorite sports! 5-minute walk to our neighborhood park with fishing, a small beach area, picnic tables, grill, sand volleyball court and lots of space to play. Pets will enjoy our fenced backyard to run and play.

Welcome to your little slice of heaven in the country! Come stay in my luxurious tiny home. This is the best of the best when it comes to tiny homes and to be honest, there isn’t anything tiny about it at all! This cabin has a nice, modern theme throughout. There is an outdoor fireplace on the porch for that glass of wine by the fire. The best part is the private fenced in backyard with your own private hot tub! Golf cart rentals are available to explore the 140-acre property.
