HUGE parking area for multiple tournament boats. Large bunk room with 1 king and 4 bunks. 1 full bathroom. Open floor plan living and fully equipped kitchen. The apt. shares a common area flat yard, fire pit and docks with main house. Guests have a 2-car carport for your boat or car, and an on- site paved boat launch. STRICTLY NO PETS!
