From the heated in-ground pool, to the large hot tub, to the huge heated/a/c game room, you will love your stay at our Milford location. Created with comfort and fun in mind there is no end of things to do and places to unwind and enjoy the relaxation of a home away from home. With sizzling hot Wi-Fi, this place is perfect for a girl's weekend, a couples retreat, an extended stay with your family, or a work trip. All the details are well thought out to create a perfect getaway for every group.

Your Country Home - Private, quiet wooded setting

Modern house in the country with a reputation for sparkling cleanliness and 2 day minimums between guest stays. Close to Culver Academies (18 min/10 mi), Lake Maxinkuckee (13 min/7.4 mi), Lake Manitou (27 min/16 mi), and the historic Tippecanoe River (5 min/3.5 mi to Germany Bridge or 5 min/1.6 mi to Aubbeenaubbee Landing in Leiters Ford). We keep our prices low for 2 people, so please note that while we have space for up to 6 guests, each additional guest will incur small additional charges.

Peaceful lake house

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis where you will see Bold Eagles hanging out in our backyard tree. Enjoy kayaking and fishing during the day and beautiful sunsets in the evening. For the boating and fishing enthusiast, local boat launch just around the corner. Warsaw is 20 minutes away, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and sightseeing. For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

On Pretty Lake close to Culver Academy and ND

On beautiful Pretty Lake, 11 miles from Culver, 25 Miles from University of ND. 18 hole public golf course on the west end of PL. 3 twin beds and 2 queen size beds in the bedrooms. A queen size sofa sleeper located in tv room. A new dishwasher, furnace and window air conditioners for the summer months. A kayak, 4 paddle boards, and a paddle boat are available to you. Dogs are welcome, max. 2, with a great yard to run and play. Due to liability, the speed boat and golf cart are not available.

"SERENITY COTTAGE" A private lake front home on the north shore of Lake of the Woods. 35 min. to Notre Dame and 19 min. to Amish country, Nappanee, IN. This charming three bedroom home in a quiet setting is the perfect place to catch some much needed R & R with family & friends. Park you boat at our private pier or just enjoy observing the wildlife, sunsets, etc. Observe the grace of great blue herons, mama ducks with their ducklings, and you may catch a glimpse of a bald eagle!

Oak Grove Place (2 King Beds) on 5 acres

Fully furnished, large country house. With beautiful country views. Large wrap around front Porch and back deck. Perfect for picnics or just relaxing. Ideal location for any size of family or group. Two king beds, one queen, one full size bed plus a queen sleeper couch to meet a large family needs. During winter months you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. Wood is provided. Washer/dryer. 1 bedroom, 1 FULL bath downstairs, no stairs for either for older or special needs. 3 bedrooms, 2 FULL bathrooms upstairs. 1-night weekday rental ONLY allowed in winter. Central Air, high-speed WiFi and plenty of space for everyone. Annual leader in return rentals in Culver for a reason.

Culver/Lake Max Home... In-Town & Close to Academy

Clean, Comfortable, Updated Home just steps off of Main Street and a short walk to Cafe Max. A great home for Academy parents to stay while visiting their children. Also, a great residence to stay in if your child's team is playing a Culver team. Dogs are welcome, please no cats. $50 additional pet cleaning fee. Need the house for consecutive weekends? Let me know. Happy to be flexible with cleaning fees and unused mid-week days.

The Riverhouse

Enjoy the view of the Tippecanoe River when you stay at our Riverhouse! The backyard has access directly to the river, where you can sit around the firepit and watch the water go by as you relax with your family and friends. This house is located in the country- a few neighbors nearby, a quiet setting, and you may encounter some wildlife. Please be aware you are not in a big city, some resources will be limited.

Hawk Lake Hideaway

Relax at Hawk Lake Hideaway, a 3BR/3BA lakefront home perfect for families or groups. Enjoy beautiful lake views, a cozy living area, full kitchen, and a fun basement game room. Step outside to a spacious deck, fire pit, and lake access for fishing or kayaking. Located on peaceful Hawk Lake, this home is only one mile to downtown Culver and Lake Max.

The cozy cottage

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country, while close to napanee, goshen, and the toll road!! Almost no traffic on the road and lots of neighbors use it as their exercise path. A couple acres of woods to the south and rolling farmland to the north. No better place to tune out your crazy schedule and relax.
