This 3 bedroom lakefront cottage sits on a point with 180 degree panoramic views. Vaulted rustic pine ceilings showcase the wall to wall windows for a view that will take your breath away. You can watch the sunrise AND sunset from the living room or 600 sq ft deck. There is a hot tub, 2 kayaks, shuffle board & private dock.

Enjoy our Waterfront getaway on Lake Murray. It includes a private boat ramp, private dock, and over 600 sq ft deck across the entire lake front of the home. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.

We hope you will find everything you need in our clean, comfortable basement suite. On beautiful Lake Murray and only 8 mins to Chapin with 3 great grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. We are off Amicks Ferry Road @10 mins out of Chapin. Enjoy the lake view from your shady patio or on the dock. Enjoy some R&R in our family-owned private cottage with plenty of outdoor activities and amenities, there is something for everyone! The cottage is located near the old Buffalo Creek Marina and Restaurant now called Martin’s Landing. It's just minutes away from Newberry and Chapin, about 10 minutes from Dreher Island State Park, and less than 5 minutes to the public boat launch. There is one queen bed and two twin beds with trundle beds underneath
