You can watch the sunrise AND sunset from the living room or 600 sq ft deck. There is a hot tub, 2 kayaks, shuffle board & private dock.

Enjoy our Waterfront getaway on Lake Murray. It includes a private boat ramp, private dock, and over 600 sq ft deck across the entire lake front of the home. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.

We hope you will find everything you need in our clean, comfortable basement suite. On beautiful Lake Murray and only 8 mins to Chapin with 3 great grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. We are off Amicks Ferry Road @10 mins out of Chapin. Enjoy the lake view from your shady patio or on the dock. There's room for your boat and trailer, and we are dog friendly -1 dog if you agree to our rules. Lexington Cty #2500883. Sorry, 2 guests max, no extra guests day or night.
