Every room has its own private bathroom and door to the deck. We have a huge back deck that overlooks the property & the lake that's perfect for entertaining and grilling. 2 docks on the lake that are perfect for fishing.

This barndo is 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and an office with a day bed that pulls out to a king. Lake access to Lake Tyler via a private boat ramp on the east side of the lake just down the street from the property. There is great indoor/outdoor capabilities via the garage door out to the porch, where you I'll find outdoor seating. The Kitchen is fully stocked, including coffee for the coffee maker. It is an open concept Kitchen/living combo with a large smart TV for entertainment.
