Recién construido, completamente seguro y en un vecindario tranquilo y amigable cerca de la ciudad. Entrada privada en el frente del apartamento. También incluye Wifi. Parqueo privado. No hay vecinos en 2 lados de la propiedad. Está cerca de las playas más hermosas de La Cruz: Puerto Soley, El Jobo y la playa de La Rajada.

A brand new, quiet 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, just on the edge of town. The newest development, finished 2 years ago, has a pizza shop, dentist office, and a few other offices just below, and all the essentials close by. It's a 2 minute drive to town, or 12 minute walk across the beach. We always have many remote workers staying, so we have 30mbps fibre optic wifi and a space to work at. Ask for more details if you need higher bandwidth or anything else specific.
