Luxurious private lakeside apartment with wonderful views of Lake Norman. Separate entrance with kitchen, sleeping/sitting area and separate bathroom. Relax on the private patio area overlooking the lake , sit on a rocker or eat al fresco next to our koi pond. Great sunrise views for early risers. NB. Lake Norman is a busy, fun lake with activities and boat traffic year round but our place is quiet and relaxing with lots of birds and wildlife and a very private feel. No animals pets allowed

Located directly on the banks of the Catawba River, (Lake Wylie) this newly remodeled 2-Bedroom, 1-Bath Garden Suite is less than 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Belmont, National Whitewater Center and Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens. It's also convenient to everything in Charlotte the Airport (10 Min.) Uptown Museums/Restaurants/Bars (20 Min.), Concord Mills Mall/Premium Outlet Mall, Charlotte Motor Speedway (30 Min.) and Crowders Mountain State Park via major Interstates (I-85, I-485, I-77).

Private lakeside entrance, downstairs is yours. Sandy beach, long pier, deep water, fire pit, 3 adult kayaks, I smaller kayak, various floats, 3 paddle boards. Life jacket assort. & beach towels. Residential area. No guests, parties,groups,or Late, loud music-use of the amenities is for the guests only. Well behaved pets,housebroken, shots/neutered. Additional fee of $75 per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total. Longer stays 3 guests max.

Nestled in beautiful Belmont w/EZaccess to All major interstates, 1 mile2Belmont Abbey College, <6 miles 2 CLT Airport, <8 miles2 USWhitewater Ctr, <20 mins2 downtown Charlotte. 1 car limit & pls park on curb n front of our home. Located n quite older ‘transitioning’ mill village neighborhood. We have 1 pup. NO pets, smoking, parties.

The Lawson Suite (private, with separate entry)

The Lawson Home is close to Lake Norman, and is perfect summer or Fall getaway. Lake Norman has so much to offer! Boating, and jet ski rentals are near by , or just enjoy exploring the quaint town of Mooresville, which offers shopping, restaurants. lake Norman State Park for hiking and Biking. Daveste Vineyard, Raffaldini Vineyard, Lazy Five Ranch, and so much more! We do allow smaller dogs only. With a one time fee of $50. The suite is not suitable for larger dogs. Only one pet please.

This new craftsman style home with duplex apartment over the garage was built in 2020. The home boasts amazing big water view of Lake Norman. The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.

416 Mid-Mod Private Suite with Exterior Entry

416 Mid-Mod is a private, lower-level getaway in a modern and centrally located home in Charlotte's Wesley Heights neighborhood. The entry is tucked behind a gate and down a paved, well-lit pathway. The exterior space is appointed with a Weber grill, outdoor dining set, and fenced in yard. Inside, guests will enjoy a queen-sized bed, 50" Roku TV, dining set, comfortable chair, bathroom, and a kitchenette/walk-in closet.

Cozy 350 sq ft 1 bedroom guest house nestled in the woods. Just 10 minutes from downtown Belmont, you’re an easy drive to lively restaurants and parks. The guest house is situated on a large, quiet and safe lot and has a full kitchen for cooking meals in if you wish. Enjoy your coffee on the wooded deck or front patio and watch for the family of deer or variety of birds that share the property.

This is a newly renovated spacious private apartment above our home’s garage with a private entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet, a full bathroom with tub/shower, a kitchenette, and a living room. An additional twin-sized blow-up mattress is available upon request. Only smaller pets under 45 pounds are allowed with small added fee.

The Barrow Studio: North Union Historic District

Enjoy a stay at this efficient studio inside a historic Union Street home. The studio is attached to the house but has its own dedicated entrance, porch, wifi, full kitchen (fully stocked), minor appliances, full bath with tub and double bed. Its a lovely half mile walk to the heart of downtown for shopping, food, drinks and all sorts of other things to see and do!
