Only a short walk to downtown's restaurants and shopping along with a little exercise around the corner at our pickle ball/tennis courts & Davis Park. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

We live in historic downtown Hickory. You will have your own private space located in the back of our home. It is a studio with a kitchenette. No stove/oven and only a beverage fridge. Adjoining your studio is an un air conditioned game room with pool table/ping pong and workout equipment. We have an outdoor shared space with a grill and fireplace. We also have a super cute golden doodle named Louis, who might be inside the fenced area. Please keep all fence gates locked.
