Warbler's Roost Country Inn is on 14-acres on Deer Lake (our waterfront is a 5-minute walk down from the Inn), at 3785D Eagle Lake Rd north of Huntsville, 30 min W of the South River entrance to Algonquin Park. Includes 3,000 sq ft, 6 beds, 4 futons, 1 pullout couch, 2 full kitchens & 2.5 bathrooms; perfect for large family gatherings. 2 docks; 3 kayaks & 3 canoes. Breakfast included - Muskoka coffee & fresh baked muffins. Please note 12 is the max number of people allowed including children.

The balcony off the bedroom overlooks a quiet bay of lovely Lake Vernon, and there is a comfortable queen sized sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy being sole users of 425’ of lakeshore and bonfires, or sit on the dock over the water, canoe or kayak, and enjoy the water trampoline and slide. Although we are not on the water, we are a 3min drive to a semi-private beach. Kayaks & life vests included (& delivered). Snowshoes incl in winter. Light breakfast is yogurt & fruit. Short distance to renowned hiking trails, Hardy Lake Park, Sawdust City & Clearlake Brewery, Muskoka Winery.

Upscale Private 2 Bedroom Apartment Suite

Right in the town, two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each, and a private 3-piece bathroom with shower. Stairs are involved. Guests have over 1000 sq. feet of private, comfortable living space which includes a separate living room with 50" HD TV and hi-speed wifi. Keurig coffee maker, coffee and tea pucks, microwave and bar fridge. A selection of breakfast cereals and yogourts are available. Space does not include use of the host's personal kitchen.
