Welcome to our Cozy Cabin Retreat just 19 minutes north of Sandpoint. 4 acres of mature cedar trees and the crystal clear pack river. Perfect for couples or large groups, our property features an additional dry lodging cabin you can add to your booking based on your party’s needs. We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep. Less than a mile to Cd'A Lake, Cd'A Resort and Golf Course, with its famous “Floating Green”, The Floating Boardwalk, Tubb's Hill hiking trails, McEuen Park, City Park and Beach, art galleries, wineries, breweries, shopping and dining.

This is my summer home. You will enjoy this peaceful natural setting just 2 1/2 miles north of Wallace and less than 20 minutes from Lookout Pass and Silver Mountain Ski Resorts. You can float down the North Fork of the Coeur d' Alene River or bicycle the Hiawatha or Trail of the Coeur' d Alene. There are miles of ATV and hiking trails. Large parking area for a RV or trailer. Well insulated for winter visits. There are many historic sites nearby including gold and silver mine tours.

This clean, cozy home sits on a tree lined street in a beautiful neighborhood. It’s blocks to dining, grocery & downtown Sandpoint. 3.4 mi. to the Schweitzer shuttle (base of Schweitzer), 1/2 mi. to City Beach. We provide 5 bikes June-September. The kitchen has quality cookware and a gas stove for dining in. There is a Smart TV, games and a partially fenced back yard. We always use 100% cotton linens. In addition to standard cleaning, the home is aired out between each guest.

A 5th Bedroom and full bathroom above the detached garage that is available for an additional cost of $125.00 per night. Quality linens, dishes, furnishings and supplies abound, there are no hand me downs in this well stocked cottage!
