Close to hiking trails, ball parks, Midwestern University, ASU West and main thoroughfares (I-17, 51, 101, & 303). After a day of working hard or hardly working enjoy a swim in the beautiful pool or stretch out on the chaise lounges. Relax on the patio swing, taking in the serenity of a yard fringed with tall trees and green grass. During our chilly desert nights head for the fire pit to warm your toes or toast marshmallows. Interior pluses include Smart TVs, surround-sound stereo, a walk-in tile-and-glass shower with a relaxing rain head and a very comfortable queen bed! We mostly leave it up to our guests. Ask the hosts to provide bicycles and then head for the bike path in nearby Conocido Park. Walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and churches, with Arrowhead Mall also close. Local hiking trails include North Mountain, Piestewa Peak, and Dreamy Draw. Park & Ride 1 mile away. Light Rail to Dowtown/Tempe approx. 6 miles away.

I-17 (5 min), Ben Avery (10 min), Scottsdale/Lake Pleasant (30 min), Sedona (1.5 hr). We allow off-street boat & trailer parking for our guests, upon request. *Pool hours are 8am-9pm. For an additional fee of $25 the hot tub will be heated for a three hour period. Give us a heads up when booking!
