This is a beautiful, well-lit 2 bedroom private apartment in the Broadmoor neighborhood of Uptown, affectionately called "The Heart of New Orleans." Enjoy staying in a quiet neighborhood, yet within a short 5 to 15 minutes of Downtown and the French Quarter, as well as great Uptown locations including St. Charles Avenue, Magazine Street, Audubon Park and the Tulane and Loyola University areas. The house is just as close to Mid City, City Park, and the Fair Grounds, right in the middle of town!

Relax in our solar powered, private home in the St. Roch neighborhood. Recharge in the queen size bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, including locally made coffee and snacks. Parking is located on street, steps from the door. Getting around is easy, in addition to taxis and rodeshares, rental bikes are nearby, as well as several bus stops. Don't pay cleaning fees others charge, we do our own cleaning to ensure everything is spotless. Discounts offered for weekly stays.

Located just 45 minutes away from New Orleans and one block off of the beautiful Tchefuncte riverfront, you can walk to nearby restaurants and coffee shops, retail stores, boating, festivals and more. This guest suite is located on the back side of our main house, but guests will enjoy complete privacy equipped with their own separate entrance. Come relax at "Blue Dog BnB" :)
