It is nestled in the mountains along beautiful Lake Chatuge and has been recently remodeled. Sorry no pets are allowed. Nestled in the Summer Hill gated community at Lake Glenville, the main level has an open living area with a large sectional couch, breakfast bar off the kitchen, and dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. The loft functions as a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. The sleeping areas have separate entrances to a shared bathroom. There is an upper and lower deck, gas and wood burning fire pits, charcoal grill, Green Egg, and a hammock to hang outdoors.

Rest, Relax, and Adventure! Mountain Rest Lake is a private lake community where you can enjoy kayaks and canoes in the peace and quiet. Jump off the private dock into the pristine lake. Try your hand at fishing, or soak in the hot tub with a panorama sunset view from our massive deck! Rest up! because Oconee County boasts some of the greatest views, waterfalls, hiking, biking, rafting, and fly fishing most within a 15 minute drive! Please do NOT bring your watercraft. It is not allowed.

This is a four season vacation spot. Create your own memories in the western North Carolina mountains by Lake Chatuge! Enjoy great hiking, boating, fishing, and much more! Take advantage of the hiking and biking on the Jack Rabbit Mountain trails along the shores by Lake Chatuge. Winter discounts available from January 1 until March 31. OPTIONAL MINI COTTAGE (for a third bedroom that sleeps 2) with Queen sized bed and TV but no extra bathroom for an extra $25 per night plus $25 cleaning.

Recently remodeled and boasting 3000 sq ft, this home offers comfort and serenity. Tucked away in a peaceful cove feeding into Lake Keowee, it’s the perfect escape for nature lovers-especially kayakers. The property comes fully equipped with kayaks and paddle boards. Please note: Access to the dock involves a very steep descent, and the return hike can be challenging—best suited for active guests. Unwind in the private hot tub on the deck or gather around the cozy fire pit.

Our Lake house is located on Lake Chatuge in a quite secluded neighborhood in the beautiful North Georgia mountain town of Hiawassee. We are on the lake with an accessible deep water dock. This house offers lots of cozy indoor and outdoor space with plenty of seating, including covered seating areas off of each king room, a large open deck, a lower deck, fire pit, and covered patio next to water. PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING A PET OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS

Entire lower level of lakefront home with private cove and dock. The lake is your backyard. Space includes three bedrooms (two with king-size beds and one with two twin beds) a large great room with fireplace, pool table, theater room, dining area, small but well-equipped kitchenette, 12x60 covered patio. Gas grill with side burner. During the summer season, you can rent our pontoon boat for $250 a day. You will need to reserve it in advance to make sure it is available.
