Sharing a 5-acre lot and tennis court with the Little Cabin (1 bed / 1 bath), the Clubhouse (2+ beds / 3 bath) has it's own hot tub and sauna. And is pet friendly! The Bunkhouse can be rented for extra sleeping space. The Lodge House (8 bed / 5 bath) sits on Roy Lake across the street. Large groups and weddings can rent the entire True North estate.

The Norpine House is a newly renovated home completed in Spring 2023. It is located next to Gull Lake, between the three Big Championship Golf Resorts and less than 15 minutes from over 20 restaurants, Nisswa and Baxter! 4 bedrooms (11 beds), 3 bath and can sleep up to 16 people. With a modern feel and spacious layout, the house is built to accommodate all groups - bachelor, bachelorette, golf, ladies getaways, fishing, winter sports and multi-family groups.
