Centrally located in IV, our home is 1 mile to Lake Tahoe, 3 miles to Sand Harbor Beach and close to Kings Beach. In winter, ski at Diamond Peak, just 1 mile away, Mt Rose is only 3 miles away. Guest passes provide access to private amenities, however, some Tahoe Donner amenities charge a separate daily fee set by the HOA (for example, the Rec Center is about $30 per person/day).
