Beautiful quiet Wilmington home located half a block from Greenfield Lake. This relaxing retreat allows you to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life and realign your compass. Birds will sing good morning and in the evenings you can stroll down to the Greenfield Lake walking path, or you can simply enjoy lounging in the backyard on the shaded deck. The home has open floor plan and features a piano that can be used upon request. Also, located minutes from Historic downtown Wilmington.

Relax with your family at this peaceful, beautiful, splash of lake heaven. Perfect, cozy, breathtaking views of sunrises & sunsets with peaceful moon reflections on the lake waters in the quiet night. Large pier with swings, bar, & fishing pole holders. Fishing from the pier is so fun and easy for the kids (& adults). There are two sets of steps leading into the water (shallow end & deeper end). Inside, enjoy a large open living room, dining room, and kitchen area. Jet ski lift & 2 anchor bouys.

*April UPDATE* : NEW SHOWER renovation complete (well, mostly! but it's beautiful and functional. later will add glass block half wall) We had hurricane damage a few months ago, but new floors & shower done 2 bedroom lake house just steps to the water, complete with a private dock and plenty of outdoor seating. Flat top grill for lakeside barbeques & fire pit. Pure magic ✨ Fully equipped kitchen. Drip coffee maker. Large sink, but no dishwasher. Pet friendly for responsible pet owners! 🐕

Great for wading, boating, or swimming in the summer and bird watching and soaking up the peaceful views in the winter. Watch the sun rise over the lake from the King bed in the master bedroom! Perfect for artists, those looking to reflect or re-connect, or short getaways. Up to 2 dogs allowed, woof! ($50 fee)

A great place for relaxation, enjoy some alone time or family time. Some new updates have recently been done to the Living room, Dining/Sun Porch area the lake view from inside the house is even better than before! There are two different shelters on the pier where you can relax and enjoy the sunsets. You are driving distance from the state park where you can enjoy hiking. There are several spots around the lake for good fishing. Grocery store, variety store and gas station are near by.
