The Lakeside Cottage sits on Lake Howard, one of the most popular locations on "The Chain of Lakes" near downtown Winter Haven. A lovely view of the lake and easy access to fishing, water sports and dining makes it a perfect spot for summer or winter. 1 bedroom, 1 bath plus a pull out couch in a large living room, large kitchen, lots of parking and on-site laundry in a comfortable 1949 home with lots of vintage appeal. Lake access is across the street but the lakeview is right out front. Enjoy!

There is a $200 fully refundable pet security deposit to cover any damages that may occur since Airbnb doesn’t cover damages caused by pets plus a non refundable pet fee of $50 per pet for every 1-7 day period and must be paid before checking in !

Cute older house with modern amenities. Located right downtown within a block from the playpark, Lake Wailes lake, walking path, and the historic downtown shopping area. All of the appliances in the home are brand new, as well as the washer and dryer. There is a large TV in the living room, as well as one in each bedroom - each with Roku and Netflix. Each bedroom also has a mini split A/C unit to sleep as cold, or hot, as you like. Parking is in the rear covered carport.

It is possible that days may be available and not listed on the calendar. This is to give ample time for cleaning. Feel free to ask for additional availability and shorter stays.
