Set in a private native garden, this stylish new cottage features warm wooden interiors, a private deck, outdoor dining, and comfortable seating. Walk to cafés, a brewery, grocery store, and butcher in minutes. Surrounded by scenic walking and biking trails, it’s the perfect base for exploring. Just a few minutes walk to Wanaka's bars and restaurants or a short stroll across Pembroke park to the lake where you can take the kayaks over to Ruby Island or just cruise around the bay. Each room has it's own ensuite, TV and built-in wardrobe/cupboards. In the garage there is an EV charger (Type 2) and racks for skis.

From this fully self contained space you can explore the Mt Aspiring National park, Blue Pools, Isthmus Peak, Haast, Wanaka and Hawea. Settle in by the fire on the most comfortable couch and enjoy the view, the serenity and beauty of this place. Soak in the outdoor bath to star gaze on clear nights. The Cottage is an adults only space.

Furnished for your comfort with a luxurious King bed. On the deck there's a large 2 person sized hot bath (no jets) with views to the mountains for your relaxation .

The house is double glazed and heated or cooled by heat pumps in the lounge and all bedrooms. All beds have electric blankets. Appliances include - Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, Stereo, 65” TV with Chrome cast and Sky Sport. BBQ and outside table and chairs. All bed linen, towels etc. supplied.
