The lake is a 5-10 minute walk by chip trail, as are the supermarket, cafe, pub and tennis courts. The Hawea River track is also across the road, perfect for walks and bike rides. Designed and built by the owners – this cosy getaway provides a perfect place to relax and connect with nature. The spacious and sunny house is very private and has large glass doors that open to a wide decks with breathtaking views and a patio. With minimal town lights, this makes it perfect for stargazing. Close to the lake, river and Mt Iron walking tracks. 5 min drive to Wānaka.

Furnished for your comfort with a luxurious King bed. On the deck there's a large 2 person sized hot bath (no jets) with views to the mountains for your relaxation .

The house is double glazed and heated or cooled by heat pumps in the lounge and all bedrooms. All beds have electric blankets. Appliances include - Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, Stereo, 65” TV with Chrome cast and Sky Sport. BBQ and outside table and chairs. All bed linen, towels etc. supplied.
