There is a coffee station with a small fridge, water kettle, toaster, microwave and basic crockery to enable use of these appliances and to prepare basic meals. 7 minutes drive from Central Wanaka, this studio with with ensuite (but no cooking facilities) is situated on the end of Peninsula Bay. This is a self contained room attached to a family house (also for rent for larger groups) which its own separate entrance. There is also access to Pen Bay pool with hot tub and gym 900m from the house. Mountain bike tracks start 100metres in front of the house and the lake is just 500metres down the back.
