This home is open concept with a main living area that feature's lake front views. At 3 bedrooms, 2 baths one being on suite, large walk in closet. Other qualities are quartz counter tops, quality kitchen cabinetry with large breakfast bar/island, wine fridge, high end s/s appliances. With forced air, electric furnace, internet, Satellite TV, central air, water softener and washer/dryer. Renter is required to bring all linens including sheets, blankets, pillows, towels etc. Available for a fee.

Experience lakeside living at our charming beach house. Nestled on the shores of Lake Winnipeg, this 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath retreat is the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. Indulge in breathtaking views from the outdoor patio, steps away from the pristine public beach (note: the beach in front of the cottage is private property and is not owned by us). TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.
