It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Our secluded, lake front retreat has a variety of waterfowl, forest animals and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. Your 600 Sq. Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods on the lake side of our property. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center. 30 min to uptown Charlotte. Bars and restaurants are close. The unit is located on the 2nd floor. It has a private entrance, big parking that can accommodate a few cars and a boat if necessary. There are everything in the suite for you to stay comfortable for long or short stay. Fully loaded kitchen, bathroom with towels etc...and laundry room.
