The Splash Pad is a perfect getaway for families and groups. Our goal is to bring people together for quality time so we created spaces that everyone will love: the (non heated) pool, hot tub, patio, volleyball net and horse shoes, fire pit, indoor gas fireplace, and a spacious living room with a 55in TV. Our comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom apartment with breathtaking views of the Kalamazoo River is the perfect respite if you're looking to relax and be one with nature. A beautiful and peaceful retreat!!! Just minutes from the many area beaches, attractions, wineries, breweries, restaurants, shopping, vineyards, orchards, wineries, and Downtowns Saugatuck, Douglas, Fennville, South Haven and Holland. This is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle, but only a few minute drive to town.

Eat and entertain out on the deck which features a grill, dining table with plenty of seating for everyone. Bring your boat and water toys, public launches are easily assessable and close by.

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).
